Robust Design

Electrified Motors’ 193 and 132 Series have a classic radial flux cylindrical design and are built to endure shock loads, vibration and long duty-cycles.

The PMAC motors are also IP69K rated to prevent water ingress, ensuring reliable performance during high-pressure washdowns and operations in off-highway environments.

Cost Effective

An industrialised design and less materials in the motor architecture offers a strong commercial offering  for customers. Our electric motors are also rigorously tested for shock and vibration with extreme thermal cycling, minimising equipment downtime in the field and ongoing maintenance costs.

Electrified’s IPM motors are typically a third of the size of typical induction motors and offer increased power and torque density when compared to other competing PMAC motors.

With voltages from 24V to 800V Electrified support a wide range of low to medium power vehicles and equipment. A standard Electrified PMAC motor can also be used in many different applications with minor customisation and easily integrated with pumps, axles, gearboxes, generators and more.

The winding processes utlilise on-edge winding technology optimised for manufacturability and performance. The results are the lowest possible AC losses, reduced copper mass and increased copper fill.

This delivers the best solution for cooling as each turn is equally cooled thereby reducing hot spots. It also achieves a higher motor efficiency and torque density at lower cost.
