PMAC Motor Range Expanded With Compact 132 Series

Electrified Motors, a market leader in Permanent Magnet AC (PMAC) motors, has launched the new 132 Series, expanding its high-performance electric motor lineup.
Designed for smaller off-highway applications, the 132 Series delivers exceptional power density, efficiency and performance in a compact package.
Building on the success of their 193 Series, the new motor is ideal for automated guided vehicles (AGVs), scissor lifts, compact construction equipment and outdoor power machinery.
Key Features of the 132 Series:
- Voltage: 24V-144V
- Rated Power (S2 60min: 3.6kW)
- Peak Torque: 30Nm
- IP Rating: IP69K
- Compact, high-efficiency design for seamless OEM integration
- Weight from 7kg and efficiency up to 94%
“The 132 Series retains the same robust architecture as our 193 Series but has been re-engineered for compact equipment,” said Jim Winchester, Managing Director of Electrified Motors. “It will be market-leading in terms of size per kilowatt for an air-cooled electric motor.”
Electrified Motors have developed their motors specifically for the off-highway market. Their advanced automated manufacturing technology also delivers high-quality, repeatable production alongside the flexibility to customise components like shafts and adapter plates. And with an IP69K rating they can withstand the toughest operating environments.
As well as expanding their motor product portfolio, the company is also continuing to develop its wider electrification offering for OEMs.
Jim added. “As a business we understand that OEMs need more than just a motor – they want a complete electrification solution. We simplify the switch from diesel to electric or hybrid by work with our partners globally to integrate batteries and electronics alongside our motors, delivering a fully operational system for testing.
“Our ‘system-first’ approach, helps manufacturers optimise powertrain performance and efficiency, extend battery range and ensure a seamless transition to electrified and hybrid vehicle architectures.”
Electrified Motors are based in the UK with teams and distributors across Europe, Asia and the US.
